Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our goal is to make rescheduling or canceling as simple and fair as possible. Please review our updated policy below.
Cancellation Notice Period
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a $75 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are not subject to any cancellation fees.
Rescheduling Your Course
In case of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss your situation and reschedule to an upcoming course with Academia SafeCru at any of our locations.
Refund Processing
Refunds for cancellations made within the cancellation policy timeframe will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
